I have to admit, Monday through Friday and I am the picture of health. I am a gym rat. The person who parks in the back of the lot, just to get a few more steps in. I live on veggies, quinoa and proteins. I do it all and I do it right. Logging my intake and recording my exercise regimen. BUT then Friday night hits and it all goes down hill from there… not to be recovered until Monday morning. I am a mess on the weekends. I ignore my online fitness journal, I skip workouts and I eat without consideration. It becomes a habit. I don’t do this every weekend, but once I do, it snowballs until I can stop it again. And stopping it requires a swift kick in the ass!
I always said that if I was on The Biggest Loser I would want Jillian as my trainer. I need the tough guy. The one who won’t take excuses and cuts through the crap. However, after seeing this episode, I decided that Bob would suit me just fine.
