I received this book for free from the author or publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
Alec and Raegan lost their one year old daughter three years ago, the loss was too much and brought an end to their marriage. An anonymous call about a missing child found near the area where Emma went missing will bring Alec and Reagan together once again. Both are well versed in the art of investigating and this missing child will spur them to investigate other similar missing child cases. What they find could kill them or bring them the answers about their daughter that they’ve been looking for.
Gone by Elisabeth Naughton was a thrilling read. I had trouble putting this one down and so will you. The story has a few twists and turns that you just don’t see coming. This was my first read of Naughtons and I’m hooked. I look forward to reading more of her work in the future.
I give Gone 4 stars and would pair it with Jim Beam and Coke.
