Infidelity #2
Aleatha Romig

Lennox "Nox" Demetri broke his own rule by making a deal. It may not have been directly with the devil, but that doesn't mean Satan himself isn't watching. Was it fate that brought Charli into his life and his bed? What will happen when rules are broken and secrets are revealed?

"New rules."

Alex "Charli" Collins found pleasure with Nox like she'd never known. That was before she knew his last name. Now that Infidelity is involved and the rules have changed, what will result when real life and fantasy collide?

Is it really cheating if you're doing it to yourself?

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Aleatha Romig comes a sexy, new dominant hero who knows what he wants and a strong-willed heroine who has plans of her own. With classic Aleatha Romig twists, turns, deceptions, and devotions, the depth of this new, epic dark romance reaches new levels and will have readers swooning one minute and screaming the next.

“You have rules to learn and penalties to experience”

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this second book in the Infidelity series. Romig left us sitting on a ledge wondering what would happen to Charli and Nox. Cunning does not disappoint. Lots of questions are answered, but for every answer there are two more questions. More things we are dying to know.

Aleatha is the master at weaving a story that is full of twists and turns and secrets. Just when you think you have things figured out some other piece of the puzzle is revealed and makes you question everything you thought you knew. This series is no different so far. Every detail is revealed at exactly the right moment.

There were many curses during this read, but they were followed by many “Aha!” moments.  I loved and hated the way Charli and Nox’s relationship progressed. There were many moments that I hated him, but I knew there had to be a reason behind his actions. I absolutely love Charli as a heroine. She is strong and determined and her family life is so sick and twisted it makes you wonder how this girl is not a completely broken mess. I love knowing that there is more to come with these two and I am (not so) patiently waiting for more. I wouldn’t even bother trying to guess what will happen because no one could ever possibly guess what Romig has planned in her twisted mind.

I would recommend having a friend read also because this one you definitely need to vent about after. 5 Stars and Dirty Martini! Enjoy!
